Launched in 1998, Toronto Ride is a collaborative partnership of 11 not-for-profit, community support servi​ce agencies that provides assisted door-to-door transportation to seniors 55+ and adults with disabilities who are not eligible for Wheel-Trans. Our transportation services help clients live independently by offering equitable access to health care, Adult Day Programs, and appointments and activities in the Toronto-area. Our services are available Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

We utilize professionally trained drivers and a variety of different types of vehicles that accommodate mobility devices. They enable us to deliver safe, affordable and accessible transportation services to meet our clients’ individual needs.

Being rooted within Toronto’s community support service sector means that our partner agencies also provide a range of other helpful programs and services, including escorts, home care and Meals on Wheels.
